Refund policy

Although we are sure you are going to love your Batch1 purchase, if you for some reason are not completely satisfied with your order or need a different size, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange.

Please return your item to us within 14 days of receipt of goods.

If you need to exchange your order for a different size, please pop a quick note to say what size you need and we'll get that sent straight back out to you free of charge.

Remember to include your order number with all returns.
